Products Used: Rockwell® Well Model WET - 664460 with a Flat Polycarbonate Cover. Project Description: First, we protected the work area with plywood. We used our mini excavator to dig the hole for the well and loaded the dirt into the dump truck. We saw cut the rough opening in the concrete foundation wall. We removed two large concrete blocks and loaded them into the dump truck. We dug approximately 16" past the bottom of the well and installed 1 1/2 tons of stone. Within the stone we installed a 3/4" drain that runs directly to the existing sump pump. We framed the opening and installed the horizontal slider window and trimmed the exterior with maintenance free trim. We installed the well; then we backfilled with stone. We installed the polycarbonate cover; and finally, we cleaned up the yard to look as if we were never there.
